Wellness Memberships
At OSC, we offer a chiropractic wellness membership that allows patients keep their body healthy and active with regular adjustments. Our monthly plans are affordable (no contracts) and can be cancelled at any time.
Standard Wellness Plan
Our standard wellness plan will provide a weekly adjustment for only $69 a month, valued at over $250. You are able to add an additional family member living in the same household for $30.
Wellness Decompression Plan
Our wellness decompression plan provides weekly decompression and chiropractic adjustments for only $149 a month, valued at over $500. This plan also includes a yearly PRP Booster at no additional cost.
In addition to the adjustments and decompression, you are also able to receive additional discounts on other services:
- 20% discount on PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Treatments
- 20% discount on your initial Biote Bioidentical Hormone Therapy
- Additional adjustments over your weekly adjustment for $25
- Additional decompression visits over your weekly decompression visit for $40
