Bailey joined the Ozzie Smith Center in March 2021, leading day-to-day activities at the front desk.

After growing up with a sick parent most of her life, she finds it so rewarding to get to watch patients get better over the course of their treatments. She loves being part of a positive team that gets to know patients and works hard to keep them focused on the end results.

In her spare time, Bailey loves to go camping and travel.
